Tourist Visa requirements and application forms for Egypt

1. Passport valid for at least six months. (Passport must be signed.)
2. One completed visa application form: (2Pages)
3. Two passport-size photos (2"X2" with white background)taken within the past six months. Paper clip photos to application--DO NOT staple photos.
4. $15.00 embassy consular fee. (Do not send separately -- included in total cost.)
5. Copy of flight itinerary or travel ticket.
6. A completed Capitol Visa Services Service Request Form.
