Tourist Visa requirements and application forms for Algeria

1. A passport valid for at least six months. (Passport must be signed.)
2. Two completed visa application forms (Form must be filled out on line and then printed and signed).
3. $100 visa application fee (do not send separately, included in the total cost)
4. Two passport-size photo taken within the past six months. (We can reproduce at $6.00 each.)
5. Copy of travel ticket or itinerary and a hotel reservation.
6. If planning to stay with friend or family, an invitation from the host in Algeria certified by the local City Hall (Must be original, copy not accepted).
7. A completed Capitol Visa Services Service Request Form. (One form per request.)
