Business Letter:

• A letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

• Embassy of Myanmar, Visa Section, Washington DC.

• The letter must explain all of the following:

• Nature of business to be performed.

• Name and address of reference to be visited.

• First time applicant can only apply for single Entry.

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

• If Staying in a Hotel name and address of the Hotel must be given.

Invitation Letter:

• A Letter from Host Company should explain the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel, the letter must include length of stay, place of stay and host's contact information.
